Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that there may be slight delays in processing time during periods of high demand (e.g Christmas, sales, product drops, etc).

In the current climate please also note that there can at times be delays in shipping through the carriers themselves. Please be understanding, as this is out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Delivery 

Currently Australia only. Economy. 2-3 Weeks however there can be some delays beyond our control. There is no tracking number provided with international economy.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders in Masterton, Carterton and Greytown townships (Postcode: 5810, 5713, 5712). We charge $3 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8am - 5pm on business days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your item(s) have been delivered. We aim to deliver by the next business day that your order was placed. We will aim to drop your items off in your letterbox, however will leave at your front door if unable. Please do let us know if either of these options are unsuitable and include alternative instructions for drop off.
